Do you sell cabinets for homeowners or other contractors to install themselves?
Unfortunately, to ensure the accuracy of cabinet orders, we do not offer cabinet packages to customers without installation. For more info, please click here.

Do you install your own countertops?
We do not install our own countertops. This is one aspect of the process where it would not save any time or money for us to do so. Due to their short turnaround period, we use MC Granite for all of our countertop installations. Clients are free to choose other countertop installers if they prefer but doing so may cause their project to not be completed on schedule.

What work do you do yourself and what do you subcontract?
Other than countertop fabrication and installation, we perform all the work required for each project ourselves. This keeps our completion times as short as possible and ensures every aspect of the project fits together seamlessly. This includes demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, tile, flooring and painting.

What’s the average cost of a kitchen remodel?
To remove and replace your existing kitchen layout with a new set of cabinets, granite countertop and backsplash costs around $15,000.

What’s the average cost of a bathroom remodel?
To remove and replace the average tub, toilet and sink bathroom layout with a new steel tub, tub/shower faucet, tile tub surround, tile floor, toilet, 3’ vanity with granite vanity top and faucet would cost around $12,000.

Are you licensed to perform the work you do in the state of Tennessee?
Yes, Middle Tennessee Kitchen & Bath carries a valid General Contractor’s license with a project cost limit of $1,000,000.
